Grand Forks Kiwanis Club
Welcome to the home page for the Grand Forks Kiwanis Noon Club. We are a club of 40 members that meets every Monday at noon at the Alerus Center. We put an emphasis on serving the children of Grand Forks and the surrounding area with projects like Camp Sioux, a summer camp for children with diabetes, Dollars for Scholars, Kiwanis Park, Special Olympics, and several other special projects.
If you would like more information about the club, please contact our membership chair Garth Rydland at grydland@valleymemorial.org or 787-7878. We welcome guests at all of our meetings, so please join us!
Grand Forks Kiwanis was proud to a sponsor and a major part of the success behind the ADA Step Out Walk to Fight Diabetes last October. Last year the event raised $60,000 and we are excited about how it can grow even more this year. We have over a 50 year history of support for this great organization through our work with Camp Sioux.
The first Wednesday of May is for the Dollars for Scholars fundraising campaign. Kiwanis continues to serve youth in the committee through the hundreds of scholarships given through this vital community program!
